As Head of Growth Marketing at Storyclash you will:
- Lead and grow the marketing team. Work closely together to develop outstanding content and campaigns, which our users and prospects love.
- Plan, implement, and measure demand capturing & generation programs to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and accelerated inbound revenue.
- Develop & prioritize objectives for our marketing activities, sharing results on performance to management & the rest of the Storyclash team
- Develop targeted account-based marketing programs in partnership with sales to penetrate various segments of our ICP across territories
- Team up with developers, designers, and content creators to find unique angles to promote our product
- Manage own budgets and pipeline goals to meet our growth targets

Additionally, we are looking for someone who:
- Has already experienced the journey from 1 to 10M ARR and beyond, and wants to do it again in an exciting, fast-growing space
- Has 3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing/growth experience (preferably with sales-led go-to-market strategy)
- Has an understanding of growth drivers across the funnel
- Has profound experience in paid and organic customer acquisition strategies - acknowledging the need for quality, not only the number of leads
- Is passionate about the social media ecosystem
- Has a track record of measurable success in developing and growing the sales pipeline
- Has the ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively to break down problems and find effective solutions

The minimum salary is EUR 60.000,00 gross per year. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
